These terms are between you and Dhaga Cycle, the seller and operator of this service. By creating an account or continuing to use Dhaga Cycle, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Dhaga Cycle helps you understand what your clothes are made of, track your wardrobe, donate garments to matched NGOs, find recycling and repair options, and estimate the environmental footprint of fabrics, including AI-assisted label scanning and a Dhaga Score.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to spam others;

infringe intellectual property rights in content you upload;

probe, scan or attack our systems, upload malware, or scrape the service at scale;

reverse engineer the service or resell or redistribute access to it.

When using AI features (label scans, certification checks, the assistant), you are responsible for the content you upload and how you use the results. AI outputs can be inaccurate — always verify care and composition details before acting on them, and do not rely on them for professional or regulated advice. We may remove content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Dhaga Cycle owns the service, its software, design and branding. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers may lose access.

Dhaga Cycle is free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, in-app purchases or usage limits, and we do not collect payment details of any kind.

If we ever introduce a paid feature, we will update these terms and tell you clearly before anything is charged.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page; on deletion your content is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Notice.

The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or unlawful use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. We may assign these terms as part of a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
